New
Beginner's Classes in Taoist TAI CHI held
at Kingswells Village Hall .
Taoist Tai Chi is distinguished by being
practised purely for the health benefits
and classes are non-competitive and
non-martial and suitable for all ages and
fitness levels. Instructors are all
volunteers accredited by the Taoist Tai
Chi Society of GB, a registered charity.
The International Taoist Tai Chi Society
is the largest non-profit making Tai Chi
organisation in the world with about
40,000 members in nearly 30
countries.
Taoist Tai
Chi has been taught in Aberdeen since
early 1997 and 11 classes, daytime and
evening, are currently held in 8 locations
in the Aberdeenshire and Angus
areas.
